Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif reacted to US’ recent claims that Iran sought to kidnap an Iranian-American journalist abroad.
“US-affiliated gunmen hatch plots on US soil to assassinate leaders in Haiti and Venezuela while US government busily covers up its criminal ties by accusing others of a patently ridiculous, childishly conceived kidnapping operation,” Zarif wrote on his official Twitter account.
